This is for you if you’re feeling…
mentally busy and unable to switch off
tired, but still holding tension in your body
overwhelmed, overstimulated, or running on empty
like you need rest, but don’t know how to get there
What to Expect
The evening moves in two parts.
Gentle movement
We begin with slow, beginner-friendly somatic movement to help your body unwind, release the week, and arrive.
No flexibility, fitness, or yoga experience is needed. You’ll be guided gently the whole way.
Sound immersion
From there, you’ll lie down fully supported as crystal bowls fill the room.
The sound gives your mind somewhere to rest and your body something to feel — helping you settle, soften, and move into a deeper state of stillness.
You leave feeling quieter, lighter, and more grounded.
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, and cushions are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, water bottle, or anything that helps you feel warm and comfortable.
“The practitioner held space amazingly. Her voice, guidance, pace and flow were all perfect. I felt grounded and connected. It was a beautiful experience.”
